Who we are

MultiStopPlanner is operated by Company Anyweb. Privacy questions: [email protected].

What we keep

• Account: email address and Google or Apple account ID (Sign in with Google or with Apple; if you chose to hide your email, the forwarding address Apple creates), language, home point and working hours if you set them.
• Using it without signing up: a guest account is created with a random ID of the app installation and no email. When you sign in with Google, the data moves to your account and the guest is deleted. A guest account unused for 60 days is deleted automatically.
• Routes and stops you enter: addresses and coordinates and, if you add them, the customer's name and phone, entrance, floor, door code and notes; each stop's status and completion time.
• Saved places and access details from earlier visits.
• Phone location: sent when you plan a route so it can start from where you are. We keep it only as that route's start point, never as a movement history.
• Usage statistics: which actions were taken (e.g. opening the app, optimizing, navigating), with the device type and app version — without route contents. Kept for up to 400 days.
• Daily usage counters (optimizations, parses) and your subscription status.
• Technical crash and error reports — without route contents, customer details or identifiers.

Why

To compute and show your routes, keep them in sync between your phone and computer, enforce the free plan's limits, understand which features are used and fix problems. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Providers that process data for us

• Google — maps, address search, traffic-aware travel times (Pro), Sign in with Google, Google Play billing. When you import a Google Sheets link, our server reads that sheet.
• OpenAI — the text of a message you ask us to parse. We do not keep the text after parsing. CSV files are parsed on our server, without AI.
• Contabo — our servers, in the European Union.
• Cloudflare — secure traffic, the website, and backups encrypted at rest.
• Sentry — technical error reports (EU region).
• Apple — Sign in with Apple and App Store billing. We keep an Apple token only to revoke the access when you delete your account.
• RevenueCat — verifying Google Play and App Store subscriptions.

Public services your phone contacts directly

• Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality (the city's map service): when you open "Parking nearby", the phone sends the stop's coordinates to the city to get parking lots and loading-zone signs.
• Home Front Command: while the day screen is open, the phone reads the public alert list. No route data is sent.

How long

• Customers' names, phones, door codes and notes are deleted automatically 90 days after the route date. Addresses stay in your history.
• An unused guest account is deleted after 60 days; usage statistics after 400 days.
• Backups are kept for 30 days.
• Deleting your account removes all data at once; copies in backups are gone within 30 days.

Your rights

You can download all your data (Settings → "Download my data"), correct it in the app or on the website, and delete your account (Settings → "Delete account"). You can also email us.

Children

The service is meant for professional use and is not intended for children under 16.
